Electraprint junior

automatic textile printer

The freedom of electricity makes these machines quieter to run, easier to maintain and less expensive to operate. They also produce a much more consistent printing result compared to common air driven systems. No risk of expensive air line and valve contamination. No expensive air compressor, air chiller, regulators or air lines. No need to house and maintain all that unnecessary equipment. Just plug it in and off you go.

Standard controls are driven using iMade software.  This handy feature allows the operator to custom program the order of the heads to print, the number of times each garment is flashed and in what order, the number of strokes for each color and there are up to 3 rotations per garment. This gives amazing flexibility to the operator for quick color and flash decisions. When a full cycle of garments is finished, the operator is notified with an audible alarm so that another set of garments can be cycled onto the press.

Simple maintenance is the key to the ElectraPrint. With standard AC and DC style motors, the head and rotation maintenance is simply keeping things clean and greased. No need to deal with air lines or valves be affected by moisture. This keeps the print stroke smoother and the pressure more even.

The ability to connect the QuartzAir flash to any head gives enhanced flexibility to the ElectraPrint. Combining this feature with the iMade software allows for choices in how a job can be printed.

The key feature to the ElectraPrint line of products is the power requirement. These simple to operate machines need only a standard 120V outlet to run. Additionally, the Junior add the benefit of small space demands. With an 8' diameter, the 6 color 7 station machine is the same size as most 6 color manual presses. that is a lot of production for such a small space. The 8 color 10 station is only 12' wide. A small spot for a high volume machine.
