TRX series

The TRX Series is a conveyor oven designed for high production shops with an eye on production control and consistency. Based on the proven curing accuracy of the UltraSierra ovens, the TRX adds touch screen programs for repeatability and additional control. These units offer state of the art features with the reliability of Brown brand curing systems.
Standard controls are driven using TRX software. This app, managed from a touch screen display, offers storage of 36 job profiles and 18 maintenance tasks. It manages the temperature, fan speeds for input and exhaust, x-series shirt cooler speeds, and rack height information. This allows the operator to switch between saved profiles with a touch of the screen. It also guarantees that the settings on the oven will be consistent from job to job.
Additionally, the TRX software monitors the oven diagnostics. This features allows for job analysis of costs as well as cumulative information on the life of the machine. These diagnostics will notify the operator of fluctuations in temperature and of errors within the system.
All TRX machines come with the historical durability that Brown ovens provide. Heavy duty construction, crowned rollers and insulated side walls give reliable production for years to come. 3 year warranty on the heaters, 1 year on electronics and 7 years on the chassis are proof of these machines historical durability and production reliability.
