TRX Software
full control at your fingertips
Standard controls of the TRX ovens are driven using TRX software. This app, managed from a touch screen display, offers storage of 36 job profiles and 18 maintenance tasks. It manages the temperature, fan speeds for input and exhaust, x-series shirt cooler speeds, and rack height information. This allows the operator to switch between saved profiles with a touch of the screen. It also guarantees that the settings on the oven will be consistent from job to job.
The display also features temperature alarms, heater indicators and current chamber temperature. Optional display items include a maintenance link, an analysis link, and an Eco mode link. Errors that occur within the system will flash onto the screen to notify the operator to react. These errors also activate the notification tower on the machine and they can be programmed to feature an audible alarm.
Additionally, the TRX software monitors the oven diagnostics. This features allows for job analysis of costs as well as cumulative information on the life of the machine. Maintenance requirements for the machine and the shop can be stored within the software. 18 maintenance profiles can be scheduled and the operator will be notified on the main panel when an item needs to be addressed.
Job profile storage
Jobs cure parameters are stored for immediate retrieval by the operator. The TRX will hold up to 18 profiles. When a different profile is required, simply touch the screen. This gives facilities repeatability and reliability for high quality garment production.

All factors involved in the curing of each product can be adjusted and saved for a specific profile. Temperature, cure time, air flow and heater rack height are all set and stored within the software.
Job Analysis
TRX software provides cost and product information on each job. This allows understanding of actual shop costs based on jobs and piece counts.

The TRX software constantly updates the usage of the oven and it daily costs. The owner/operator provides costs from your utilities provider and the application calculates the actual usage costs of the machine.
